5.Quality Carbs and Fats
Carbohydrates and fats are very important for your diet but you want to make sure that you are eating the right ones. Eating too much of the wrong Carbs and Fats will not allow you to lose weight and will ultimately result in gain of body fat. Some good sources of carbohydrates are fruits, vegetables, yams, brown rice, whole grain bread, cereals, milk, and yogurt. It is also best to choose fats from plant sources, such as olive oil and coconut oil, etc. rather than butter or meat fat.
