Nuts are full of essential vitamins, minerals and fiber, and a handful of nuts a day can help reduce heart disease, lower cholesterol. It's also a great way to quell the appetite. Nuts contain the quality fats that we need when we are trying to lean out our bodies. They also contain protein and are a great snack, so definitely try to incorporate nuts into your diet.
