You may want to consider asking your parents, an older sibling or friend for help in doing this step. A great resume can really get an employer’s attention. Don’t sweat if this is your first time working and you don’t have any work experience yet, that’s not the only thing an employer looks for! Employers like to look for leadership, for hard-workers, and workers who can stay committed and over-come hard tasks. A few things to include in your resume that show all these things are your GPA, grade accomplishments, sports accomplishments, and leadership roles (i.e. clubs).
